Hi!! I’m Natalie, the founder of Home Refresh Therapy!! I am a Professional Organizing Consultant, Redesign Specialist and a Planning Enthusiast ready to assist those that are feeling overwhelmed by a lack of time, order and space!! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working on arts & crafts, hanging out on the beach, and I love, love, LOVE organizing and decorating my own place!!
I’ve always been into decorating, organizing and planning. As a kid, I had more fun decorating my doll house than I did actually playing with dolls. I loved working with my mom & grandma on their yard sales…planning them, setting them up, and of course, getting money for stuff I no longer wanted!! Also, when I was a teenager I would rearrange my furniture, reorganize my stuff, and deep clean my bedroom on a monthly basis just because I liked the way it felt when it was done. In high school, I was vice-president of my senior class where I assisted with event planning, and in my early 20’s I worked as a merchandiser for a large retail store.
This job was right up my alley!! I mean, hellooo!?! They paid me to play with clothes and shoes all day!! It was great!! There were many organizational techniques that I learned during those years, and many that I still use today!! Another perk about that job was that I got off early, so in 2007, I started cleaning houses as a way to generate extra income. But, what started out as a little side hustle quickly grew into a full-time business. I loved it!! I learned how to run a business, met many wonderful people, and it led me to the world of professional organizing.
